Can I be sucessful?
I am in a private school and the work load is alot for a th grader. This cycle, I got cs and bs and a. One of my teachers is very mean and said to me once that I am not going to be sucessful in life. I always think about what she said and I become depressed and afraid that I might not hold out a job. Right now, I am aiming towards working with computers and people always ask me questions about them. When this happens, I feel very focused on computers and read books about them all the time. Do you think I could be sucessful?

Grades on a report card will not mean much later on in life. I made cs and some ds in high school. Went to college for nursing and made the deans list out of quarters. When you find what you are interested in you will be amazed at how high the grades are. I also had a teacher tell me the same thing, forget what she said. Know what you want and go for it, just dont get sidetracked with drugs or alcohol and you can be anything you want to be. By the way that teacher needs to be reported. Goodluck.
