Yes I did. I had them for months a few years ago. I broke the contract amp paid off the bill, which was about for the fee. I paid amp they took it, not giving me a credit. I didnt care amp thought that was the end. years later, I get a phone call, stating I owed this bill for . I have the first collection bill still. I told them what happened amp they said theyd handle it. I had to provide proof of payment, cancellation info. I had it all amp sent it via fax amp certified mail. more years later, now were years away amp Ive changed my home ph by then. I get another bill in the mail now I owe .. I didnt call them but sent them the proof that Id paid it amp the info Id received from the last collection company that said thank you for your payment. Just this year, years later, I got ANOTHER bill from yet another agency. Now the bill was . I sent them the proof from the first company as well as the letter from the last one. Id gotten another thank you for your prompt payment letter from company . How it jumped so high, Ive not one clue, other than it had to have gone to more than one agency amp the extra was their fees. I contacted Experian amp let them know what was going on. They asked for the info via fax amp mail. I sent it certified again amp got a letter from Experian that theyd handled everything. It was also off my credit. Sprint sux amp I had more dropped calls amp lost network than with ANY other carrier. Even when I worked for ATampT Wireless now Cingular I had better coverage amp calls not dropping. Ive been a Verizon Wireless user since they were Airtouch Cellular. I had my Verizon acct on vacation when I did the Sprint temp change.
