Ive never heard of a penis reduction. Probably too tricky, and way to may risks for law suits. The penis is made up of a spongy tissue, you start cutting away at it, and scar tissue is going to form. That could cause your penis to become quite disfigured. Theres also the risk of nerve damage. You could end up with no feeling in your penis at all.
